I recently finished up my last entry in Fatal Frame 3's ghost list and am one hard mode run away from finishing up Fatal Frame 2's! Also I modded my Wii just so I could play the fourth game. I bought Spirit Camera on release day. My Christmas present to myself will likely be the Japanese version of Deep Crimson Butterfly. I have finished every game in the series at least twice (except for Mask of the Lunar Eclipse due to logistics; I'm 1.5 playthroughs in on that). I donated every Fatal Frame deck in Colors except for Mio and Mayu.

Ergh, I'm so jealous (in a nice friendly way and not actually boiling with envy)! I can't play the games at all because I'm stupid at First Person style games. I had a friend play Fatal Frame 2 for me, and it was a blast! Only problem is...he didn't like 1 or 3 as much so when we tried he would make stupid comments that detracted from the game. I just love the story and the setting and everything, but I am absolute crap at playing them. ;A; The stories of what happened in Fatal Frame 2 that you have to put together for yourself...it's a wonderful thing that I love seeing in games. I'm really sad I can't enjoy 3 because it looks like it has a really good story and I loved, LOVED the mansion/chapter 1 in Fatal Frame 1.
Basically, I'm the awkward kid desperately trying to get into the series but can't because "how do I swivel oh there we go wait where is the ghost what room am I in what's going on??? AH THERE IT IS AHHH AHHAHHAAHAHAHAHAH oh I died".
edit--actually, I'm stupidly proud of myself...I have a good sense of direction so I did the part where Mio drops the camera obscura. I owned that part of the game.
