For horror manga, I *love* Fuan no Tane! It's made up of a bunch of short stories that are kinda urban legend-y (a lot give a date and location where the story supposedly happened). The stories are really creepy/unsettling but it's also a lot of fun to read; you'll be reading a story, everything seems fine or just a little off, and then you turn the page and WTF IS THAT. I love jump scares like that, lol.
